Wg. Cdr. G. S. Sekhon retired from the Indian Air Force in 1993 after serving for 25 years. During his service he took part in various operations including Indo Pak 1971 and earned many medals. Apart from his primary duty of flying he also served in various capacities as Commanding officer, Admn officer/adjutant and chief instructor of Nuclear Chemical and Biological warfare wherein he set up the 1st such school in the Indian Air force at Chandigarh.

After retirement he also served with e-Bas an American software company as GM in their back office in Chandigarh. In e-Bas he was responsible for selection of the candidates, their training, personality development, etc., thus enabling them to get H1B for placement in US. This was a good exposure for him to know the work culture of the US Company where top priority is given to ‘Professionalism’.

He has now joined Akal family wef 1st April, 2011 as General Manager and is responsible for running the four different departments of HR, Contract Admin, Payroll and Accounts Receivables.

Mr. Ranjit Singh,a well qualified Civil Engineer has dedicated his 35 yrs for Punjab Government in Public Health Department, and retired as a Sub-Divisional Engineer (Administration & Finance control) and he integrated with Akal Management Solutions as a Deputy Manger in January 2010.

Mr. Sumit Menon, is a young and dynamic manager of Akal Management Solutions comes from financial services sector. He heads the accounts, account receivable and payrolls departments.

  • Ms. Charanjit Kaur
    (HR Manager)

With 14 years of professional experience in many industries in HR and general administration. Ms. Charanjit joined Akal Management Solutions in January 2010 as a HR Manager. She is a MBA in Human Resource and has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Industrial Relations.She takes care of all the HR activities of our US clients.

Another young and self motivated manager Mr. Sandeep Singh Khattra has started his career from Akal Management Solutions from 2008. He joined this company as a Manager in Contract Administration. He is a MBA in Marketing & HR from Punjabi University.
